Meritorious Service Award Melissa White Highlights of Melissa White's service to the association include: President of NCMGMA (2016–2017), Administrator of the Year (2013), Kim Harrah Becker Volunteer Award recipient (2021) Chair, Blue Cross Blue Shield Committee (2013–2016), Long time member and Chair of the Advocacy Committee (2017–2024), and Influential member of the Salary Survey Committee.

	Practice of the Year Presented by First Citizens Bank Eastern Pediatrics, P.A. Congratulations to Eastern Pediatrics, PA, of Greenville, North Carolina, our 2025 Carolinas MGMA Practice of the Year. This award recognizes a medical group practice that has made a significant contribution to their community, patients and/or staff through volunteer work, indigent clinics, fundraisers, staff wellness programs, and more.
	Kim Harrah Becker Volunteer Award Nancy Miramontes The Kim Harrah Becker Volunteer Award highlights the true meaning of volunteerism for Carolinas MGMA. Nancy Miramontes is one of our Conference Committee co-chairs and she is the president of the Charleston Chapter.
	Administrator of the Year Award Terry McLane, MBA, MFA The Administrator of the Year award, presented by Curi, honors a medical practice administrator who has demonstrated exceptional leadership and management proficiency, and who has helped enhance the effectiveness of healthcare delivery in North Carolina.
	Meritorious Service Award Tracey Martin, CPA Congratulations to Tracey Martin, CPA, our 2025 Meritorious Service Award winner. This award is given for outstanding service and contribution to the Carolinas MGMA, its members, and medical practice management.
	Meritorious Service Award MAHEC (Mountain Area Health Education Center) The Meritorious Service Award is given for outstanding service and contribution to the Carolinas MGMA, its members, and medical practice management. MAHEC was recognized for their work during and in the wake of Hurricane Helene.
	President's Award Stephen Fogg Congratulations to Stephen Fogg of Fogg Media for receiving the Spring Conference President's Award. This Award is given to a member of Carolinas MGMA for outstanding service and contribution to the association, its members, and medical practice management.
	Impact Award Charlie Furr, MHA Congratulations to Charlie Furr, recipient of the inaugural Impact Award. Charlie’s vision and leadership were instrumental in bringing together the North and South Carolina MGMAs, creating a united front and solidifying the positive movement forward for the Carolinas MGMA. A dedicated and tireless leader, Charlie continues to exemplify hard work and commitment to advancing our mission. We are proud to celebrate his achievements as he serves as the 2024 NCMGMA President.
