Handouts & CEUs: Carolinas MGMA’s Conference boasts up to 6.75 earnable CEUs for an attendee, including our Annual Business Meeting held on Friday morning. Handouts are now available on the Fall Conference "Speakers & Handouts" Page. They are located under each speaker here. Additional handouts will be added as they become available.

Our Alliance Sponsors & Exhibitors: We have a sold-out exhibit hall with 61 organizations ready to help you and your practice! Please thank our Alliance Sponsors and Exhibitors for joining us while you go through the exhibit hall. We are glad to have them and they are essential to our conference's success. BINGO Cards: Win BIG! At check-in, all attendees will receive a BINGO card to collect signatures from each booth. One grand prize winner will receive a $250 Gift Card and another winner will receive a complimentary registration for our upcoming Executive Healthcare Summit at the conclusion of the last general session on Friday. You must be present to win.

Exhibitor Door Prizes: All exhibitor prizes will be distributed Friday at 2:00 PM in the general session. Attendees must be present to win.

Fill It Forward Conservation Project

Our team at Carolinas MGMA is helping to make an impact on people and the planet! The first 125 attendees at the registration desk will receive a reusable water bottle at check in. Participation in our conservation project is easy: each time you fill your bottle at one of the hotel's water stations, scan the QR code on the bottle. Every scan tracks the environmental impact of diverting a single-use item from our landfills and oceans, while also helping fund global giving projects that make a difference. These global giving projects rotate through 9 core charitable partners working around the world to support clean water, nutrition, reforestation, and ocean cleanup. Remember to scan the QR code on your bottle every time you refill!

Dress attire is business casual. Convention Centers and hotels are notorious for being cold one minute and stuffy the next, so we recommend dressing in layers for your comfort.

Parking at the Westin Charlotte
On-site parking is available at The Westin Charlotte. Self parking is available at The Westin Charlotte, with rates of $18.00 per hour, $35.00 per day, $245.00 per week, and $35.00 per stay. Valet parking is available for $50.00 per day.

Carolinas MGMA Suit-Casing Policy states that any individual who is observed to be soliciting business in the aisles or other public spaces, in another company's booth, or in violation of any portion of the Exhibition Policy, will be asked to leave immediately. Suit-casing may also take the form of commercial activity conducted from a hotel guest room or hospitality suite, a restaurant, club, or any other public place of assembly. For the purposes of this policy, suit-casing violations may occur at venues other than the exhibition floor and at other events. CMGMA must be informed of any hospitality suites and expressed consent must be received prior to the event.
