Make plans to join us September 17-19 as we head to Myrtle Beach for sun, fun, and one amazing Fall Conference. This year's event will provide a rich environment where medical practice leaders from North Carolina and South Carolina can collaborate for professional development, networking, and fun.

We're excited to announce internationally recognized economist, author, and speaker Mary Kelly will join us as our Welcome General Session speaker. An expert on creating strong leadership, productivity, and communication, Mary will present "Creating Clarity in Chaos: How Uncertainty Undermines Performance and What Great Practice Managers Do," and "Futurenomics: The Economic Snapshot You Need to See Today".

Service Project

Help4KidsWe're excited to announce our 2025 Fall Conference service project partnering with Help 4 Kids & Backpack Buddies. As guests leave the morning general session on Thursday, September 18th, we'll have a station set up where you can help create snack packs for local children's backpacks. All supplies will be provided - bring your willingness to serve!

Help 4 Kids & Backpack Buddies provides child-friendly, self-serve, nutritious food designed to fit discreetly in backpacks, ensuring children have meals over the weekend. Join us for the Fall Conference and help us give back to Myrtle Beach and the state of South Carolina.

 


 

Practice of the Year Award

First Citizens Bank LogoCarolinas Medical Group Management Association (Carolinas MGMA) is proud to partner with First Citizens Bank to present the 12th Annual Practice of the Year Award, to be presented on the evening of Thursday, September 18th, during the dinner and awards event.

This award recognizes a medical group practice that has made a significant contribution to their community, patients, and/or staff through volunteer work, indigent clinics, fundraisers, staff wellness programs, community clean-ups, community screenings, and education (internal & external), etc.

Suit-casing Policy

Any individual who is observed to be soliciting business in the aisles or other public spaces, in another company’s booth, or in violation of any portion of the Exhibition Policy will be asked to leave immediately. Suit-casing may also take the form of commercial activity conducted from a hotel guest room, hospitality suite, restaurant, club, or any other public place of assembly. For the purposes of this policy, suit-casing violations may occur at venues other than the exhibition floor and at other events. Carolinas MGMA must be informed of any hospitality suites, and expressed consent must be received prior to the event.

 


 

Cancellation Policy

Registration cancellations must be received in writing. Cancellations received on or before September 8th (seven business days prior to the conference) are entitled to a full refund less a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be awarded for cancellations after September 8th or for no-shows.
