Thank You for Another Successful Carolinas MGMA Spring Conference!

The 2026 Carolinas MGMA Spring Conference, held last week in Isle of Palms, SC, offered an exceptional opportunity for practice managers to learn, connect, and recharge. The two-day event brought together many of healthcare practice management’s most dedicated and knowledgeable leaders.

This year’s Spring Conference delivered powerful insights and practical tools—ranging from leadership development and strategic planning to AI innovations in healthcare and the latest legislative priorities. One of the highlights of Thursday’s line up was Rashmi Airan’s “RISE Through It: Transforming Our Hidden Prisons of Uncertainty into Growth, Clarity, and Limitless Results.” Rashmi challenged attendees to rethink uncertainty and transform obstacles into growth opportunities. Her message reminded healthcare leaders that resilience, clarity, and courageous leadership are essential in today’s rapidly evolving healthcare environment.

One of the best parts of the Carolinas MGMA Spring Conference? The connections. Our golf outing at Wild Dunes Resort gave healthcare leaders time to step away from the day-to-day and connect with peers from across North and South Carolina.

These informal moments are where some of the best conversations happen: sharing challenges, exchanging ideas, and building relationships that support our healthcare community; because when practice leaders collaborate, everyone benefits, especially patients.

On Wednesday evening, attendees, sponsors, and volunteers gathered at Coast Crust to reconnect and enjoy casual networking before the official start of the conference.

Community Service Project
Toiletry Packs for My Sister’s House

Following Thursday morning’s session, participants assembled toiletry kits to support My Sister’s House, an organization dedicated to breaking the cycle of domestic violence through personalized care, advocacy, and education. Thank you to everyone who contributed to this meaningful project – we made over 400 toiletry packs!
