What's The Hurry?
• Jordan Archer, COO, Tryon Medical Partners

Putting a twist on the NY Times Best Seller "The Ruthless Elimination of Hurry" by John M Comer, join the group for a collaborative, engaging conversation around "hurry" in the workplace.
The "ruthless elimination of hurry" in a professional workplace is a strategy to combat the detrimental effects of constant rushing and busyness by intentionally creating space for deliberate, focused, and quality work. This approach emphasizes that true effectiveness comes from presence, not pace, fostering better decision-making, enhanced creativity, improved well-being, and stronger relationships by prioritizing mindfulness, setting boundaries, and slowing down to engage deeply with tasks and colleagues.

The repeal of CON in South Carolina, and the partial repeal of CON in North Carolina, has created new opportunities for development of ancillary service lines. This panel discussion will focus on opportunities and challenges, as well as a discussion of how some physician groups have successfully navigated this expansion of services to the benefit of both their patients and their bottom line.”
